We take fresh milled fava bean flour, then mix it with our exclusive blend of sesame seeds, parsley, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic and onion for that traditional falafel flavour. If you prefer a more textured falafel, or are looking for a bit of variation, you can easily add chopped fresh parsley, diced onion, mashed chickpeas or shredded potato to the base mixture.

How To Use
To prepare, mix two cups of Falafel Mix with one and a half cups of warm water and a quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder. Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes, and then roll into small walnut-sized balls. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry balls until a light golden colour.
