  • How To Use
    Boil 8 cups (2L) of waterAdd spaghetti and simmer gently for 7-8 minutes or until cooked throughRinse under cold water For Sauce:50g butter or margarine2 tbsp sifted flour2 cups milk (500ml)100g grated yellow cheese3-4 tbsp pestoGarlicSalt and PepperIn a seperate saucepan melt the butter then remove saucepan from heatAdd flour and stir continiously until mixture becomes smoothSlowly add the milk and continue to mixReturn saucepan to low flamed and cook until mixture is thickAdd cheese, pesto and spicesMix the sauce with the fettuccine and serve
