Royal Nut Company ships all orders via Fastway or Australia Post.
Our online shop is open during normal business hours 8.30am -5.00pm AEST Monday to Friday. We will remain closed on all Victorian Public Holidays.
If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend that you provide us with a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel. Post Box addresses are not acceptable.
Please Note: Costs and delivery days mentioned below are indicative only, it may vary depending on your address. During busy sale periods, processing of shipping orders may take upto 1 week.
Click and collect
Our free Click and Collect service Brunswick and Rowville stores only (VIC). Simply pick and pay for your product via the website and within 2-4 business days your order will be waiting for you. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready.

Disclaimer: We will hold your order for 10 working days after it is ready. Please make sure you will be able to collect during that timeframe.
Order Dispatch and Public Holidays
We remain closed on all Victorian public holidays.
All orders placed on the day prior to non-working days, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day. This is to ensure minimum transit time.
Tracking your delivery
All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
Upon completing an online purchase, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation and delivery details. You will also be provided with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.
All products are subject to availability and will not be placed on back order. However please feel free to contact us if you have any queries at email@example.com
Lost or damaged goods
In the unlikely event of your goods being lost or damaged in transit, please call us within seven working days of placing your order to enable us to assist you.

All our products are fresh, delicious and top of the range. However, we recommend that you make a note of the delivery time-frame to your area, and choose carefully, as some products may be susceptible to weather-related damage during the warmer months.
EVERYONE LOVES OUR CHOCOLATE!!! Chocolate does melt when temperatures are high, so choose carefully, especially during the warmer months or even if you are lucky enough to live where the sun always shines!
We do apologise, but it will be beyond our control if the chocolate deteriorates during shipping because of the weather.
