They source beautiful Japanese sesame seeds and roast them locally to preserve that freshly roasted deep flavour. Some whole seeds are kept to add extra texture, combining them with the best Japanese sesame paste we could get our hands on. You won’t find any MSG or flavour enhancers inside this bottle, Jimoto Foods uses inaka miso and Japanese rice vinegar to round out the dressing’s rich umami quality.
