Chives are the smallest member of the onion family with a similarly delicate flavour. Our dried Chives are freeze-dried which allows the bright green colour, shape and delicate onion flavour to be retained. When added to liquid, the dried leaves rehydrate, making them almost indistinguishable from fresh chives.
