Ras El Hanout


As Aristotle said – “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Ras el hanout is a traditional Moroccan blend of spices that illustrates this beautifully. We have mixed together a variety of spices and created something truly magical. Our in-house blend contains ground Ginger, Coriander, Cumin, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Allspice, Cinnamon, Kashmiri Chilli, Cayenne Pepper and Saffron Threads.

  • How To Use
    With a subtle but full flavour, the warm and spicy aroma makes it a worthy addition to many meals. Try on meat (particularly lamb) or fish, as a marinade for chicken (blended with olive oil, yoghurt and salt), mixed through couscous, rice or in a traditional Moroccan tagine.Although the flavour is subtle, to be fully appreciated it is best used sparingly.
