Corn Flour


This powdery flour is made from 100% pure finely ground corn. Used to add texture, body and as a thickener to sauces and soups, and to pastry and baked goods. It blends easily with liquid to make the smoothest sauces and gravies and also allows the true flavour of your food to stand out. It can be blended with other flours to reduce gluten when baking cakes, cookies, pastries and crackers.
