Pearl Couscous


A pearly round beauty! Also known as Israeli couscous, Pearl Couscous is an Israeli toasted pasta made from semolina and wheat flour. It is very versatile and uniquely toasted in an open flame oven, which allows it to absorb liquids while remaining perfectly “al- dente”. It has a slightly chewy texture, similar to barley, and because it’s toasted, it has a slightly nutty flavour.
